Aaron Wayne Barton, 38, of Cambridge, Idaho journeyed on his pathway from this life to his next on Thursday, April 26, 2012.
Aaron was the first child born to Dale and Sandi Barton on August 29, 1973. Four years later he was joined by his sister, Mindi. His childhood was spent in Cambridge where he attended school within the Cambridge School system. He loved being involved in all sports, football being his favorite. As any kid from a rural upbringing, he learned a lot about working on the family farm. Hobbies as a youth included snowmobiling, dirt bike riding, fishing and spending time on Cuddy Mountain with his father and friends. Family camping at Lost Valley Reservoir was a great tradition for the entire family.
After graduation, Aaron attended the University of Idaho, Moscow. After college, he came home to work on the family farm. He married his first wife, Kerri Ivey and they were blessed with two sons, Taylor Robert and Zackery Cecil. During their marriage they lived in Cambridge.
In years to follow, Aaron worked in various construction jobs in numerous states. He became quite an accomplished equipment operator, but always loved returning to Cambridge.
In 2006, he returned to Cambridge where he met and started dating his soon to be wife, Tori McKee. They were united in the bliss of marriage on April 24, 2010. In this union, Aaron and Tori were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Emma Grace and Adelyn (Addi) MerLee. The couple made their home on the Barton family farm and loved being close to family.
Aaron loved many things in his life, but nothing made his heart prouder than his children. Being a teacher to his children whether it be hunting, fishing, baseball or learning about life, Aaron felt very blessed to have such wonderful children. Cuddling and tickling moments were the best highlights of his life and surely will remain with him forever.
Aaron was a devoted husband, loving father, son and brother. His happiest moments were spent within the arms of his family and always brought a smile to his face. To both his family and friends he always showed his devotion with a true heart of gold and a hug for everyone.
